Alpha Konsept · Our ApproachTurnkey construction means everything has been planned end-to-end so that the investor only has to pick up the keys. As the single responsible party on turnkey projects, Alpha Konsept takes on all procurement, workmanship, coordination and handover.
We run site management, material supply, subcontractor coordination and HSE with our own team. Staying loyal to the schedule and quality set in the contract is our primary responsibility.

We commit to the contractual delivery date. For delays outside force majeure, the contractual penalty clauses apply.
Within certain limits, yes. Cost and schedule impact of requested changes is presented transparently and implemented after your approval.
On top of the legal 2-year general warranty, we provide a 10-year structural warranty under building insurance.
