A reasonable number of revisions is included at every stage (concept, schematic, application). Exact figures are set in the contract based on project scale. Our aim is to reach a design you're happy with.
We deliver the first 3D visuals right after the concept is approved, so you're confident in the visual character before construction documents begin.
For a typical residential project, the concept stage takes 3–4 weeks and the application stage 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity.
